FIGHT+ | VIASPO Subscription, Billing and Cancellation Terms

These Subscription, Billing and Cancellation Terms ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of paid subscriptions, pay-per-view events, and other paid digital content offered through FIGHT+ ("FIGHT+", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing a subscription or any paid content through FIGHT+, you agree to these Terms.

1. About FIGHT+

FIGHT+ is a digital sports entertainment platform providing live combat sports events, pay-per-view broadcasts, on-demand video content, highlights, interviews, documentaries, and other related services through websites, mobile applications, smart TV applications, and other supported devices.

2. Eligibility

To purchase a subscription or paid content, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Provide accurate registration and payment information.
• Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

3. Subscription Plans

FIGHT+ may offer various subscription plans, including:

• Monthly subscriptions;
• Annual subscriptions;
• Annual commitments paid in monthly installments;
• Promotional subscriptions;
• Free trial offers;
• Pay-Per-View (PPV) events.

Available plans, pricing, and features may vary by country, region, promotion, or platform.

4. Subscription Activation

Your subscription begins once payment has been successfully authorized and processed.

Access to premium content is granted immediately following successful payment unless otherwise stated during purchase.

5. Automatic Renewal

Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize FIGHT+ to charge the payment method associated with your account for recurring subscription fees until cancellation.

Renewal charges will be processed using the payment method saved to your account.

6. Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are displayed at checkout before purchase.

Prices may vary by region, currency, promotion, platform, taxation requirements, or payment provider.

Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

7. Price Changes

FIGHT+ reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time.

Where required by applicable law, subscribers will receive reasonable notice before a price change becomes effective.

Continued use of the subscription after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

8. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through:

• Credit or debit cards;
• PayPal;
• Stripe;
• Other payment methods offered by FIGHT+.

You authorize FIGHT+ and its payment processors to charge all applicable fees associated with your subscription or purchase.

9. Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be successfully processed:

• Access to premium content may be suspended;
• FIGHT+ may attempt to process payment again;
• Subscription benefits may be restricted until payment is completed.

FIGHT+ reserves the right to terminate subscriptions that remain unpaid.

10. Monthly Subscription Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel a monthly subscription at any time through their account settings.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.

Unless otherwise required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

Following cancellation, access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

11. Annual Subscription Cancellation

Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

Cancellation prevents future renewals after the current annual term expires.

Unless required by applicable law, annual subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

Subscribers continue to enjoy access until the end of the prepaid subscription period.

12. Annual Commitment Paid Monthly

Where FIGHT+ offers annual plans payable through monthly installments, the subscriber agrees to a minimum commitment period of twelve (12) months.

Cancellation before the end of the commitment period does not relieve the subscriber of any remaining payment obligations associated with that commitment.

Access rights and billing obligations continue according to the selected plan.

13. Free Trials

FIGHT+ may offer free trials from time to time.

At the end of the free trial period, the subscription automatically converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial expires.

Payment details may be required to activate a free trial.

Only one free trial may be permitted per customer, account, payment method, device, household, or promotional campaign.

14. Pay-Per-View Events

Certain events may be available as separate PPV purchases.

PPV purchases grant access only to the purchased event and any related content expressly described during purchase.

PPV purchases do not automatically include subscription benefits unless specifically stated.

15. PPV Refunds

PPV purchases are generally non-refundable after purchase.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:

• Event cancellation;
• Failure to deliver purchased access due to a technical issue attributable to FIGHT+;
• Duplicate transactions;
• Circumstances required by applicable consumer protection laws.

16. Refund Policy

Except where required by law, all subscription fees, PPV purchases, and digital content purchases are non-refundable.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for:

• Duplicate charges;
• Unauthorized transactions;
• Technical failures attributable to FIGHT+;
• Legal obligations imposed by applicable consumer protection laws.

Refund approval remains at the sole discretion of FIGHT+ unless otherwise required by law.

17. Third-Party Billing Platforms

If your subscription was purchased through:

• Apple App Store;
• Google Play Store;
• Amazon;
• Roku;
• Samsung;
• LG;
• Other third-party billing providers;

billing, cancellation, and refund requests may be subject to the policies of the applicable platform.

Subscribers are responsible for managing subscriptions through the platform used for purchase.

18. Content Availability

Content availability may vary based on:

• Geographic location;
• Broadcasting rights;
• Device compatibility;
• Technical limitations;
• Licensing restrictions.

FIGHT+ does not guarantee that all content will be available in all territories.

19. Account Sharing

Subscriptions are intended for personal and non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Resell access;
• Share credentials outside your household;
• Circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Use unauthorized streaming methods;
• Distribute or publicly display content.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

20. Intellectual Property

All content available through FIGHT+, including broadcasts, logos, graphics, videos, trademarks, software, and platform technology, is owned by or licensed to FIGHT+ and protected under intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except as expressly provided in these Terms.

21. Suspension and Termination

FIGHT+ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where:

• These Terms are violated;
• Fraudulent activity is detected;
• Payment obligations are not met;
• Unauthorized access occurs;
• Intellectual property rights are infringed.

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform, content rights holders, or other users.

22. Disclaimer

FIGHT+ provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIGHT+ disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FIGHT+, its affiliates, partners, licensors, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the platform.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the subscriber during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

24. Changes to These Terms

FIGHT+ may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on the platform and become effective upon publication or on the date specified within the updated Terms.

Continued use of FIGHT+ constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

25. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FIGHT+ is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
